"Any day now" we say as we watch the bears forage for clams and melt into the forest in seach of berries. "Any day now" we say as we wait for the salmon to push their way into the rivers and streams of the Bear Coast. Any day now, the salmon will run and the bears will be able to fish again.
Without your help, "any day now" may become "never again."

TO DO:

Tell US Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland that the proposed easements for the Johnson Tract Mine will have devistating consequences for the wildlife of Lake Clark National Park.

Tell the National Park Service that a mining highway and port inside Lake Clark National Park flies in the face of what the National Park Service was founded for. Demand that in-depth environmental and wildlife impact assessments be conducted before any further permitting

Tell Lake Clark National Park Superintendant Susanne Fleek-Green that the value of the wildlife and tourism industry in Lake Clark National Park far outweighs the short sighted gains of an irresponsible gold mine.
